Marc Kopitzki (*1994) is a violist, founding member, section leader and chairman of ensemble reflektor and a member of the Rothko String Quartet. He is a guest solo violist with ensembles such as the Kammerakademie Potsdam, Ensemble Resonanz and the Between Worlds Ensemble. His field of activity ranges from historical performance practice of the Baroque and Romantic periods to contemporary music, instant composition and free improvisation. Marc Kopitzki was a scholarship holder of Villa Musica, Live Music Now Berlin e.V., Campanula Musica e.V. and was supported by the German Orchestra Foundation with the #MusikerZukunft program in the 22/23 season.
